With over 25 years of experience driving company growth through technological innovation and customer trust since its founding in 2000—and expertise spanning entrepreneurship, investment, and global acceleration—Linda also serves as an outside director at a software company (since 2014), where she continues to mentor and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Moosung is a Partner at KSWAN Ventures and the Founder & CEO of Neodays Inc., an IT solutions company. Operating between Korea and the U.S., he identifies and invests in high-potential startups, playing a strategic role in helping early-stage companies establish and scale globally.

He began his career at Samsung in 1998, managing electronics component sales for the North American market, before founding Neodays in 2001. Over the past 24 years, he has driven the company’s sustained growth through technological innovation and customer trust, while actively investing in and mentoring startups through Neodays’ investment association and KSWAN Ventures.

With 27 years of experience across entrepreneurship, investment, and global acceleration, Moosung has supported numerous startups—many achieving major milestones such as TIPS selection, follow-on funding, and multi-fold valuation growth. He also served as a visiting researcher at UCLA, and his extensive experience in overseas expansion and corporate M&A reflects his strong capability in driving startup success

Andrew is a seasoned venture capital investor and serial entrepreneur. Andrew brings decades of experience in global private equity, venture capital, strategic advisory, and startup scaling.

He co-founded TDK Ventures, a $350M deeptech corporate venture firm backed by TDK Corporation of Japan, and Silver Tiger Capital, a $300M private equity and advisory firm based in China. Recognized as a GCV Rising Star in 2022—placing among the top 0.5% of venture investors globally—Andrew has a proven track record of identifying and nurturing groundbreaking innovations.

His sector expertise spans AI, robotics, industrial automation, semiconductors, advanced materials, and clean technology. With a vast global network of founders, investors, and business leaders across the U.S., Japan, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, Andrew has successfully guided corporate investments in transformative technologies, bridging the gap between startups and strategic corporate partners to drive cross-border innovation and commercialization.

Gyewan Moon is a Honorary Professor of Strategic Management & Organization Theory in the School of Business Administration at Kyungpook National University in Korea. He got his DBA at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. U.S.A. (1996). He has served as a director of Innovation & Center at Research Institute of Economics and Business Administration, Kyungpook National University for the past 20 years. He also served as a Board of Directors, Kosin University (2018~2022), 27th President, Korean Academy of Management (2016~2017), and Chairman of Faculty Assembly at KNU (2014~2016). He published several articles in Academy of Management Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship, etc. He has also chaired Annual International Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Healthcare Industry working with Eastern University of Finland since 2012.

Sue Kim is a Silicon Valley-based marketing and strategy executive with more than 25 years of experience in global technology companies and startups. She currently serves as VP of Corporate Marketing & Strategy at ANAFLASH, where she leads corporate marketing, communications, positioning, and strategic growth initiatives for the semiconductor market.

Sue has held marketing leadership roles at Samsung Semiconductor, Marvell Semiconductor, OSRAM, Renesas, and The Hoffman Agency, with expertise in executive communications, global marketing, brand positioning, media strategy, and cross-border business growth.

She is also the Founder of Northstar Emerge, where she leads leadership development, career coaching, university programs, and corporate workshops. Her work focuses on helping professionals, students, and emerging leaders discover their strengths, clarify their direction, and build influence in times of change.

Kevin is a global technology business expert and Silicon Valley-based entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in Product Management and Business Development. He currently serves as the CEO of Odyssey Ventures, a global startup accelerator based in Silicon Valley, where he supports Korean and Asian startups in entering the US market, securing investment, and driving global business development. He is also the CEO of NexEd Inc., an AI startup, leading the development of AI-driven digital products and services, and serves as the Chairman of the BAKG Mobility Group, working alongside a network of Silicon Valley experts and investors.
